registered company number PL1133177778 (VAT number). Our registered
address is ul. Rapperswilska 8, 03-956 Warszawa. You should read these
Terms carefully before using the Site.
By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with the
following terms and conditions.
All product designs, product names, and content included on this website are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are not permitted to use any product designs, product names, or trademarks presented on this site without prior written consent from PS s.c.. Unauthorized use of these intellectual properties is strictly prohibited.
PS s.c. strives to provide accurate and updated content on this website
to the fullest extent possible. However, there may occasionally be
errors, price changes, or sold-out goods, which we reserve the right to
correct. We also reserve the right to change prices or modify product
availability at any time.
Neither Robert Pludra nor any employee or representative of PS s.c. can
be held liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the
products sold here, except where such liability cannot be excluded by
law. The prices of the products are stated in the order confirmation.
Unless otherwise specified and agreed in writing, the price does not
include additional charges such as shipping fees, taxes, and customs
duties, which will be invoiced separately when applicable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to periodically review billing
information provided by PS s.c., including any notices sent or posted by
us.
To purchase a product, click the "BUY" or "BUY NOW" button. After
clicking the button, you will be taken to a screen where you can select
the shipping country or choose local pickup. In the next step, you will
be redirected to the PayPal payment panel. In the purchase window,
please provide your shipping details and billing information.
Your order will be confirmed by email.
The currency, price, and VAT vary depending on the selected delivery
country. The shipping costs will be added after you select your
preferred shipping option at checkout. The total cost will be shown in
the order summary before you confirm your purchase. If a redelivery is
required due to failure to collect your parcel or your absence at the
agreed delivery time, the cost will be at your expense.

Production and shipping time is up to 4 weeks. Goods are delivered via postal operator or courier, depending on the choice of the Customer. Goods are delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the order form. The Seller shall not be liable for non-delivery of goods in a situation where the Customer has provided an incorrect address. The Seller allows the possibility of delivery of goods to an address outside the territory of the European Union or Switzerland . In this case, the Customer should contact the Seller directly to make individual arrangements on the details and costs of the implementation of a specific order. Unfortunately, there may occasionally be delays to your delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. We cannot however accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.
We ship internationally. Our shipping rates for Poland, European Union
and Switzerland are outlined below. Shipping costs outside the European
Union and Switzerland will be provided upon request. All orders are
trackable and must be signed for. The total value of your order will be
calculated at checkout and the appropriate charge applied to your order.
Where applicable, you are responsible for any customs charges / import
duties due at the destination country.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after
receiving your item to request a return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If products have been paid in full, PS s.c. provides a warranty that all products will be free from production errors for two years from the delivery date. Complaints about defective products must be filed within this two-year period to be eligible for repairs, replacements, or refunds. The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect use, inadequate maintenance, transport damage, or alterations made by the customer.
If the customer identifies any defects in the products, they must notify PS s.c. in writing within seven working days of becoming aware of the defect. Failure to notify within this period will invalidate any claim. If the customer wishes to return products due to a defect, a completed claim form, including photographs and descriptions of the defect, must be submitted.
PS s.c. is only liable for material damage caused by delivered products if it can be proven that the damage occurred due to our error or negligence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as operational losses or loss of earnings, resulting from the use of our products.
These Legal Terms are governed by and interpreted following the laws of Poland, and the use of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sales of Goods is expressly excluded. If your habitual residence is in the EU, and you are a consumer, you additionally possess the protection provided to you by obligatory provisions of the law in your country to residence. PS s.c. and yourself both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, which means that you may make a claim to defend your consumer protection rights in regards to these Legal Terms in Poland, or in the country in which you reside.
